1. Introduction
Welcome to Sorted Concierge Services. By engaging with our services, website, or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and Sorted Concierge Services while ensuring that all services are delivered with excellence and discretion.
2. Services
• Sorted Concierge provides lifestyle, travel, heritage, and concierge services.
• Some services are delivered directly by Sorted; others are arranged through independent third-party vendors.
• Membership tiers (Select, Signature, Circle) carry distinct privileges, subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Payments
• All bookings must be prepaid and are confirmed only once payment is received.
• Payments are processed securely through authorized partners (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe etc).
• Currency conversion fees, transaction charges, or cryptocurrency fluctuations are borne by the client.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
• All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Sorted Concierge Services.
• Sorted Lifestyle Tier fees are strictly non-refundable.
• If a service is unavailable, Sorted may substitute an equivalent or superior service.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information for all bookings.
• Comply with all venue, vendor, and security rules (dress codes, conduct policies, legal requirements).
• Maintain respectful conduct with Sorted staff, hosts, vendors, and partners.
6. Vendor Independence & Liability
• Vendors engaged through Sorted operate as independent contractors.
• Sorted is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, delays, or negligence of third-party vendors.
• Clients accept that Sorted's role is to facilitate and manage services, not to assume vendor liabilities.
7. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorted Concierge, its employees, and partners against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Their own conduct or misuse of services.
• Breach of these terms.
• Damage to venues, vehicles, properties, or third-party facilities used during a booking.
8. Service Availability Disclaimer
• All services are subject to availability.
• Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Sorted Concierge.
• Sorted reserves the right to substitute, adjust, or modify services to ensure continuity of experience.
9. Confidentiality
• Sorted and its vendors maintain strict confidentiality on all client identities, preferences, and activities.
• Clients must also respect the confidentiality of Sorted's proprietary itineraries, curated experiences, and operations.
