Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sorted Concierge Services, every booking secures premium partners, venues, and experiences exclusively for you. Because these arrangements are bespoke and often non-reversible, all payments are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.

1. General Rule

• All payments are non-refundable once confirmed, except where explicitly granted in writing by Sorted Concierge.

• In most cases, cancellations will result in Sorted Credits (valid for 12 months), not cash refunds.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellations

• 14+ days before service – Eligible for 100% Sorted Credit (valid for 12 months).

• 7–14 days before service – Eligible for 50% Sorted Credit.

• Less than 7 days – Non-refundable. Credits may only be considered at Sorted’s discretion.

3. Vendor & Third-Party Costs

• Vendor deposits, ticketed events, flights, and third-party services are strictly non-refundable once booked, regardless of client cancellation.

• If Sorted has already secured services on your behalf, the cost of these services is non-recoverable.

4. Cancellations by Sorted / Vendors

• If Sorted or a vendor cancels a service, you will be offered:

1. An equivalent or superior replacement service, or

2. Sorted Credit for future use.

• Cash refunds will only be considered if no replacement or credit is possible.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of disruptions outside Sorted’s control (e.g., weather, strikes, government restrictions, emergencies), refunds are not guaranteed. Credits may be issued at Sorted’s sole discretion.

6. Client Misconduct or Non-Compliance

Refunds or credits will not be considered if services are disrupted due to:

• Client misconduct at venues or with vendors.

• Failure to provide accurate details or comply with immigration/security requirements.

• Breach of Sorted’s Terms & Conditions.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By engaging with Sorted Concierge, clients agree that:

• Chargebacks are not permitted.

• Any disputes must be raised directly with Sorted Concierge within 72 hours of service.

• Sorted’s decision on refunds and credits is final and binding.

8. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds (rare) are issued only to the original payment method.

• Processing time is 15–20 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Currency fluctuations, FX conversion, or crypto transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
